The Dasha boots are made from exclusive Escovado leather, a natural material made from 100% cowhide and produced by the best tanneries in Portugal. The leather, which has been Dico's signature material for over 20 years, is treated with wax during the tanning process. This treatment causes the leather to develop a white shade when transitioning between hot and cold temperatures, but it can easily be removed with a cloth. The treatment provides good protection for regular city wear, but for rainy or snowy weather, an additional protective spray is recommended. If you wish to refresh the leather over time, using window cleaner on a cloth can help enhance its natural beauty.
