Led by Danish sisters and designers Kathrine and Frederikke Hviid, APOF creates a distinctive and timeless wardrobe defined by color, print and thoughtful details. Each collection brings together feminine silhouettes, expressive fabrics and an understated playfulness. Pieces designed to feel special, yet effortless to wear. 

The name APOF, A Piece of Favorite, reflects the philosophy at the heart of the brand. Rather than following the passing rhythm of trends, the sisters create pieces to be loved and worn from one season to the next. New collections naturally meet previous ones, allowing colors, prints and silhouettes to be mixed and rediscovered over time. 

Kathrine and Frederikke both graduated from the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts and have worked together in fashion for many years. Their creative process is shaped by the dialogue between them. With different instincts and individual perspectives, they challenge one another throughout the design process, often finding the final expression somewhere between their two points of view. 

Particular attention is given to fabric, color and detail. Liberty prints, crisp cottons, tactile wools, delicate jacquards and carefully developed patterns are recurring elements of the APOF universe. Familiar wardrobe pieces are reinterpreted through unexpected combinations, subtle details and a characteristic use of color. 

Founded in Copenhagen in 2018, APOF remains an independent brand with its collections produced in Europe in close collaboration with carefully selected manufacturers. The brand's studio and showroom are located in the historic surroundings of the historical building Charlottenlund Station, north of Copenhagen.
