Returns
APOF gladly accepts returns. You have to return the item(s) no later than 14 days of the shipment date of your parcel.
Return within EU using APOF return label
The handling fee for a domestic return label within Denmark is 45 DKK
The handling fee for other EU countries is 200 DKK
The amount will be deducted from the refund.

Return using your own label forwarder
If you wish to use your own forwarder, please return your product(s) to:

Returned products must be in their original condition, with all the original tags and packaging intact. We can only accept returns that are undamaged, and which have not been used, worn, washed, or altered in any way. If the item is not received in the same condition as you received it, a deduction can be made in your refund similar to the decrease of the value of the items.
Please note that if you are returning an item from a non-EU country, the package must be sent DDP (Delivery Duty Paid). Any additional costs related to the return will be at the customer's expense. If APOF ApS incurs any extra costs related to your return, these will be deducted from your refund.
We will confirm we have received and processed the returns via email, within 14 business days.
We advise to return the package with at trackable track and trace number. You are responsible for the return expenses. For your protection, we recommend that you insure your package against loss and request a delivery confirmation. Please save your shipping receipt until you receive your refund.
IMPORTANT
If you are unable to pick up your package within the time frame, we will handle it as a return and you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipment, which will be deducted from your refund. Please therefore note that the return costs cannot be avoided by simply rejecting or avoiding to pick up your parcel.
Please note that we do not accept shipping of returns to pick up points. It must be distributed to the above address.
For returns from outside of the EU, we only accept packages shipped with UPS, DHL or GLS and NOT a regular postal service.
The refund will be paid back to the credit card used to pay for the order.
EXCHANGE
If you wish to exchange to different style, size or color, please return the original order as described above and place a new order. Refunds will be made via the original payment method.
