To ensure your gifts arrive in time, please place your orders no later than:

December 16 at 09:00 for International Orders 

December 18 at 09:00 for Domestic Orders 

We’ve tailored our return policy for the holiday season to suit your shopping needs.
Full-price purchases made between November 27, 2024, and December 24, 2024, can be returned until January 14, 2025.

Discounted items, however, have a return period of 14 days.

Refunds: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method and cannot be issued to another account.

Exchanges: If you’d like to exchange an item, return the original order and place a new one.
