SHIPPING TO EU/NON-EU
Orders are sent from our APOF STUDIO with GLS. within Denmark and with UPS and DHL aboard. Items will be shipped out as soon as possible after we receive a verified payment.
Please allow 2 to 5 business days to receive your package. Note that we do not deliver to a PO Box. While we do everything within our power to ensure your order is dispatched and delivered on time, APOF ApS is not responsible for any late delivery or loss of orders due to circumstances beyond our control.
We offer free shipping within Denmark on orders of 1000 DKK and above. If you have any further enquiries regarding the shipping of your order, emails us at customerservice@apof.dk 
 
DUTIES AND TAXES
Please note that all international deliveries may be subject to additional taxes and duties, and you will be responsible for these costs.
For countries outside EU local charges such as duties and/ or sales tax may apply. These charges are at your own expense, and we recommend you contact your local customs office for more information. APOF is not responsible for payment of any duties or custom charges and in case APOF receives a return package which has not been processed properly– the charges will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.
 
Please note that the duty and sales taxes are non-refundable through APOF ApS.
 
DUTIES AND TAXES - NORWAY 
APOF ApS is VOEC registered. Orders with value that does not exceed NOK 3000 (excl. shipping) will not be charged additional VAT when entering Norway. 
If the value exceeds NOK 3000, - the customer, must pay any additional VAT on the shipment when entering Norway. 
 
TRACKING YOUR DELIVERY
A tracking link directing you to the carrier’s portal will be sent to you via email once your order has shipped.
Please note that the duty and sales taxes are non-refundable through APOF.
 
 
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Returns should be sent direct to: APOF ApS · Charlottenlund Stationsplads 2 · 2920 Charlottenlund · Denmark
Write an email to customerservice@apof.dk so we know something is on the way. 
We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please place a new order.
We do not accept shipping of returns to pick up shops.If returns are sent by Post Nord, GLS, DHL and/or UPS, it must be distributed to the above address.
Returns can only be accepted if sent back to us within 14 days of the receipt of your parcel.
Refunds will be made via the original payment method.
Returned products must be in their original condition, with all the original tags and packaging intact. We can only accept returns that are undamaged, and which have not been used, worn, washed or altered in any way.
We will confirm we have received and processed the returns via email, within 14 business days.
Please keep a receipt as proof of postage. You are responsible for the return expenses. For your protection, we recommend that you insure your package against loss and request a delivery confirmation. Save your shipping receipt until you receive your refund.
