Orders are sent from our APOF STUDIO with GLS, GLS pakkeshop, or UPS. Items will be shipped out as soon as possible after we receive a verified payment.
Please allow 2 to 5 business days to receive your package. Note that we do not deliver to a PO Box. While we do everything within our power to ensure your order is dispatched and delivered on time, APOF ApS responsible for any late delivery or loss of orders due to circumstances beyond our control.

Please note that all international deliveries may be subject to additional taxes and duties, and you will be responsible for these costs.

DENMARK private delivery: 60 DKK including VAT (approx. 8.5 Euro)
NORWAY: 250 DKK including VAT (approx. 33,54 Euro)
EUROPE: 13 €
REST OF THE WORLD: 150 DKK including VAT (approx. 20 Euro)

A tracking link directing you to the carrier’s portal will be sent to you via email once your order has shipped.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Returns and exchanges should be sent to: APOF ApS · Charlottenlund Stationsplads 2 · 2920 Charlottenlund · Denmark
Exchanges are accepted within 14 days, and the second shipment will be free of charge, provided if required size and style is available.
Returns can only be accepted if sent back to us within 14 days of the receipt of your parcel.
Refunds will be made via the original payment method.
Returned products must be in their original condition, with all the original tags and packaging intact. We can only accept returns that are undamaged, and which have not been used, worn, washed or altered in any way.
We will confirm we have received and processed the returns via email, within 10 business days.
Please keep a receipt as proof of postage. You are responsible for the return expenses. For your protection, we recommend that you insure your package against loss and request a delivery confirmation. Save your shipping receipt until you receive your refund.
